Please be considerate of other clients' and my time. When canceling an appointment, 24 hours' notice is required. Please know that with less than 24 hours' notice, it is unlikely your session time can be filled, and therefore a loss of income is incurred.
Tardiness: Sessions are scheduled with respect for all clients' time. If you arrive late, your session length may be shortened to fit in the allotted appointment space, with the full session rate due.
Cancellations: If you give less than 24 hours' notice and the appointment is not filled by another client, the minimum rate of $60 may be charged. Repeated instances of giving less than 24 hours' notice will be treated case by case and may result in only same-day appointment scheduling or no availability.
No-Shows: If you forget your appointment or choose not to show up for your appointment, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are treated case by case, and may result in you being charged the minimum rate of $60. Repeated instances will be treated case by case and may result in losing online scheduling availability, being able to schedule only same-day appointments, or having no availability.
Emergencies resulting in less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
We ask you to be safe and allow plenty of time to travel to the office for your appointment. The way you feel when you arrive affects how easily you drop into the relaxation state for body, mind, and spirit. If you arrive early, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit, Check upon approval. If the financial institution does not honor payment of a check, the full amount of the session plus all financial institution charges are due immediately in cash.
